We create the 3D preview

Choose size and base
Configure the height and available base type for the product. Your choices are saved with the model and recorded in the order.
Confirm your order
At checkout you enter billing and shipping details and complete payment. From that point, the project is permanently linked to the corresponding order.
Approve before production
When approval is required, production remains on hold until you confirm the model. Before production starts, you can also request cancellation and a refund where permitted by the terms of sale.
Production, quality check and shipping
The model is prepared at the ordered size, completed with the selected base and sent to production. When the parcel is handed to the carrier, tracking is linked to the order when available.

The result starts with image quality.
The photograph is the starting point of the project. A clear image makes it easier to distinguish the face, clothing, posture and accessories. You do not need a photo studio: a few simple precautions are enough.

After your order
Follow your project from your personal area.
Each order keeps the image, selected options and production status. In “My creations” you can find purchased models, open order details and reorder a creation when available.
Linked preview
The image of your creation remains visible in the order details and personal area, so you can immediately recognize each project.
Production status
The journey is shown through clear stages: order received, approval, model ready, production, quality control and shipping.
Tracking
When available, the tracking number and link are connected to the order so you can follow delivery.
