Where we ship
Delivery to supported European Union countries.
Checkout verifies the destination before the order is confirmed. If an area is unavailable, the order should not be completable with that address.
Complete address
First name, last name, street, house number, postal code, city, country and contact details must be correct. Incomplete information may delay delivery or cause the parcel to be returned.
Tracking
When the carrier provides a tracking code, KUBYRO links it to the order and may also send it by email.
Delivery times
Production and shipping are two separate stages.
A custom figurine must first be produced and can only then be handed to the carrier. The total order time therefore includes both production and transit.

On delivery
Always inspect the parcel and keep the packaging if there is a problem.
Se noti un danno evidente o il prodotto non corrisponde a quanto previsto, documentare immediatamente la situazione rende pi霉 semplice la gestione dell'assistenza.
Damaged parcel
Photograph the packaging from several sides, the shipping label and any visible damage. Keep the material until the case has been reviewed.
Delivery problems
If tracking is stalled, delivery does not occur, or the parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact support with your order number.
Incorrect address
If you notice an error before shipment, contact us immediately. Changes are not always possible once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
