Before production
Know what you are approving.
Our goal is to prevent a custom product from entering production before the customer has access to the key project information.
Approval when required
If the order requires approval, production remains on hold until the customer confirms it. This makes it possible to verify the project before production begins.
Cancellation before production
Until production starts, the customer can use the available function to request cancellation and a refund, subject to the limits and conditions applicable to the order.
During and after the order
Every piece of information stays linked to your purchase.
Once payment is confirmed, KUBYRO keeps a history of the key project information. This helps both the customer and support team quickly identify the correct creation if a question or issue arises.

If the product arrives damaged
Keep the original packaging and clearly photograph the parcel, shipping label and product. Contact support as soon as possible with the order number. This information allows us to assess the case and determine the applicable solution.
If the product has a defect or non-conformity
A custom product may show minor differences from the digital preview, especially in color, texture, proportions and fine details. This does not affect the customer's rights in the event of an actual defect or material non-conformity with the purchased product.
